Refund policy

  **Due to the nature of the products, I will not accept returns and there is a no refund policy.**

**Due to the nature of these handmade products, there may be some variation in the colors, shapes or sizes. Many of the products do not contain preservatives, therefore the suggested shelf life is 3-6 months for the butters and salves especially.**

 **Please perform a skin test prior to applying a product to your entire body, especially with products that contain nuts or nut butters.**

**These product are not intended to treat or cure any medical condition. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please read our list of ingredients and do not use if they may trigger a reaction. Discontinue use of the product IMMEDIATELY if you experience a reaction of any kind.. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you have questions about a particular health condition. Information related to the products listed have not not been evaluated or approved by the Food & Drug Administration. **

Shipping:

All products will be shipped within 1-5 business days.  In the summer months, ice packs will be provided during shipping for body butters, but expedited shipping is highly recommended.
